About can't moving of music to SD card

Hello,

I have a problem with my phone i can't move my music to SD card why I don't know pls help me and when i click copy or cut and paste in SD card It restart my files automatically I can't understand why and I downloaded other application like Es file explorer and done in too but also no result.

Which web browser are you usingto perform the download? Have you tried using the Media Creation Tool to download it?
